By ordering a commission from me, you, the Client, affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected/cancelled commission with or without a refund, and/or a blacklist. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to change without prior notice.

★ GENERAL

● Do not upload my work to AI generators.● You agree that my artwork and designs are NEVER to be used for NFTs. Do not use my work to promote and/or earn crypto currency.● All commissions are personal, non-commercial/non-profit use only. Do not resell or use my art as merchandise unless stated otherwise.● No refunds after the commission is finished.● Do not hide or delete anything credited under me on Toyhouse. I request to at least be authorized to still see the item if it must be hidden.● If you have any questions or concerns, please message me either on Toyhouse or Discord.

★ ARTIST

● I have the rights to all copyrights of my artworks. I can advertise and display any artwork of mine unless commissioner requested privacy.● I have the right to decline any commission request.

★ COMMISSIONER

● Commissioner has the right to re-upload their commission wherever as long as they credit me. Please do not remove my watermark.● Commissioner cannot claim their commissioned artwork as their own.● Commissioner cannot use their commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless we discussed otherwise.● Personal Accessories (i.e. Acrylic charms, t-shirts, etc.) are permitted as long as the items are not used to sell commercially and are for personal use only.

★ PAYMENT

● I personally only accept USD through CashApp and Venmo.● I accept other forms of payment through vouchers, which may include Paypal and others as a way to pay. You must be okay with the terms of vouchering if we agree to this type of three-way trade.● Request for refund is available during the sketch stage of the commission, after it is approved the option for a full refund is off the table. You will only be able to receive a 50% refund during the sketch phase, and a 30% refund during the lineart stage. No refund will be given after coloring/completion.

★ PROCESS

● Payments must be made in full before I start the commission. Please be sure to have all required funds for your commission or it will be declined.● You understand all commissions will be done digitally. There will be no hard copies. The Client is paying for a service/digital good and will not require any shipping of any kind.● I will send sketches of said commission via specific social media messaging method. Large edits are allowed during this stage.● After the sketch/lineart has been confirmed for finalizing, only small edits can be made during this stage. (i.e., Color changes, adding some piercings.)● A commission depending on the amount usually takes at most 2 weeks-1 month to complete, I will notify you of any delay.

DESIGN T.O.S.

★ GENERAL

● You cannot copy or heavily inspire off any of my designs.● NFTs: Do not use my work to promote and/or earn crypto currency.● Do not upload my art/designs into AI generators.● You cannot claim my designs as your own creation under any circumstance. I must always be credited for the initial design, no matter if it is redesigned or not.

★ DESIGN OWNER

● Design owner cannot use the design for commercial purposes unless we discussed otherwise.● Owner can make edits/new redesigns to the design as long as the character is still recognizable to the original.● Owner can make SLIGHT edits to my artwork of the design they bought, such as removing some elements or color changes, but you may never take credit for the artwork I made. Leave an untouched version of my original art/design intact as well.● Personal Accessories (i.e.; making a keychain, shirt, etc. with the character design in question) are permitted as long as the items are not used to sell commercially (unless you have commercial rights.) The items can be traded/gifted/resold to the new owner when transferring the design's ownership. Do not resell for more than what you purchased it for/resell for profit.● If you purchase my design on Toyhouse, do not delete the character and re-upload it, especially without credit to me. This removes transfer history, removes design credit, and trust. If you do this I will likely be hesitant to sell to you again in the future.● If you buy a character from me on Toyhouse, I request that you do not remove my watermark from my drawings/designs out of respect and credit to me.

Blacklist/Graylist

Personal or not.● [Graylist] Clients or users who who are on thin ice (i.e., have ghosted me several times for trades/payment or broke a minor rule.)● May update to change or remove certain info here. Not guaranteed though.● Do not harass or bother blacklisted or graylisted users. Thank you.
